1. Food products
   
   

   Food products from members of the EcoSynergy System must comply with the sanitary and hygienic legislation of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, the organizational status of the producer, product quality, storage, preservation and distribution, expiry date, complaints and other legislation.
   
   EcoSynegy System provides organizational, financial, and advisory support, a global circular economy platform for networking and operations, user satisfaction assessment with the producer of food, and assumes no responsibility for products that members monetize and exchange with each other in the ECOSS algorithm.
   
   The quality and service control of food products is carried out by the Control Services of the Republic of Slovenia, and the members of the EcoSynergy System use the assessment application of the product manufacturer and the service provider.
   
   

2. Non-food products
   
   Non-food products from members of the EcoSynegry System must comply with the technical, production and regulatory laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, service and warranty obligations, health and safety regulations and other legislation.

   EcoSynegy System provides organizational, financial, and advisory support, a global circular economy platform for networking and operations, user satisfaction assessment with the producer of non-food, and assumes no responsibility for products that members monetize and exchange with each other in the ECOSS algorithm.

   The quality and service control of non-food products is carried out by the Control Services of the Republic of Slovenia, and the members of the EcoSynergy System use the assessment application of the product manufacturer and the service provider.
   
   

3. Renting/sharing products
   
   

   The products in the rental/sharing of the new economy of the circular economy can be delivered in sales, representative or other units of the manufacturer/EcoSynergy System member in Slovenia, directly or online through the global portal of the circular economy with an international logistics transport service also to other countries in the world.
   
   

Service activity in Slovenia:

The service activity of companies, independent entrepreneurs,... etc., which are members of the EcoSynergy System, must comply with the professional, legal and supervisory regulations of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union or the laws of the country where the EcoSynergy system is present.

EcoSynegy System offers organizational, financial, accounting, procurement, human resources, legal, consulting,... etc. support to the service activity, monitors the satisfaction and evaluation of the service activity's customers, and does not accept complaints for the services provided.

Discounts for each type of service activity are determined by the service activity provider in consultation with EcoSynergy System and are publicly posted on the Global Circular Economy Portal and with the service activity business units.
