By signing the Membership Agreement, you become a member of the global EcoSynergy System and join the new economic framework of the circular economy in all countries of the world and accept the following conditions of participation:

• Each member of the EcoSynergy System voluntarily provides its clean raw materials, materials, packaging,... etc., free of bacteriological contamination, disassembled and selected in the form determined by the EcoSynergy System and suitable for immediate entry as a recycled raw material in the processing and manufacturing industries.
• By watching the full EcoSynergy System educational/tutorial video, you will familiarise yourself with the system, learn about it and take responsibility for ensuring that your clean fractions of raw materials, materials and packaging are ready for submission to the circular economy in accordance with circular economy standards and parameters for processing, production and distribution.
• EcoSynergy System members can use the ECOSS algorithm to monetise their raw materials, materials, packaging, etc., their time, knowledge, work skills, property, movable and immovable assets and equipment sharing in accordance with the EcoSynergy System programme.
• The Membership Agreement is intended for individuals, companies, service providers and associations. By confirming the terms of participation, you will receive the status of a member with your individual membership number.
• You are entitled to a banking-record card or mobile application of the EcoSynergy System ciruclar economy with contract banks from all over the world. You can also become a member with your existing parent bank/card, which you as a member can use as record card for the submission and registration of clean fractions of raw materials, materials, packaging, etc.
• As a member of the EcoSynergy System with a membership number, you can perform all forms of monetisation, purchases, sales, sharing and participate in all programmes of the EcoSynergy System. Exchange of food and non-food products of members for monetised raw materials, materials, packaging, ...etc. of other members in the ECOSS membership algorithm, tax-paid, free of levies and ecological fees... accepted as an input raw material in a circular economy with a 1:1 exchange ratio of goods to raw materials.
• The members of the EcoSynergy System can also exchange product samples, non-series products, test products, innovative solutions, ... which have not yet received or are in the process of receiving authorisation for general sale, which must not harm people, the environment, the air, water or the earth, and the member assumes the use and consumption of these products at his own risk and responsibility.
• When you receive a membership number, you are responsible for handling and protecting your monetized value in the ECOSS algorithm.
• With the Membership Agreement and a banking-record card or an application for the circular economy of the EcoSynergy System, each member acquires the status of a person with an ecological passport with which he or she can enter all countries of the worldwhere the implementation of the circular economy of the EcoSynergy System begins, where members can participate with their knowledge and work in the construction of the goals of a circular economy, the preservation of the natural environment and raw material resources, clean water, clean air and the environment.
• In countries that are beginning to implement the Extended Individual Responsibility Certificate or the Extended Producer Responsibility Certificate with the mandatory submission of raw materials, materials, packaging,... etc. into a circular economy, or that are reducing the individual carbon footprint for an individual, company, service activity, associations, and government regulations that are aligned with these processes, EcoSynergy System members offer the fulfillment and reduction of environmental taxes, environmental goal achievement, and environmental impact reduction.
• All members of the EcoSynergy system are informed about the environmental legislation of the country where the member has signed the Membership agreement, its enforcement and implementation, as well as about current and future EU environmental directives and signed United Nations agendas.

EcoSynergy System may unilaterally terminate the contractual cooperation if the signatory of the membership agreement violates provisions such as these:

• Despite repeated warnings, he/she does not submit clean raw materials, materials, and packaging or purposefully use violations to achieve a higher monetization value in the ECOSS algorithm;
• Despite warnings, he/she does not perform time and intellectual activities within the EcoSynergy System in accordance with the agreement he is required to fulfil for this specific, concrete and agreed work;
• Upon unilateral termination of the Membership Agreement, the monetization in the ECOSS algorithm of the member´s banking-record card or EcoSynergy System application is converted into the user's national currency at the daily exchange rate, and the banking-record card can only be used as a bank card;
• Termination of the Membership Agreement is not subject to judicial or legal consequences in the Member Country and is the sole decision of EcoSynergy System.

The reactivation of the user and his/her banking-record card can be done in consultation with the environmental protection officer or at the collection centers of the EcoSynergy system of the member country and with the consent of the EcoSynergy system.

In the event of a member's death, their monetization in the ECOSS algorithm will be transferred to a judicially designated legal successor.

When you complete the Membership Agreement, you are responsible for all changes to the updated membership data and collected monetizations in the ECOSS algorithm under that membership number. Access, use, and tampering or misuse of the Membership Number by third parties is the responsibility of the Member, and EcoSynergy System assumes no responsibility in this regard, and the Member must report any potential violations or suspected violations in a timely manner to EcoSynergy System's email address.

EcoSynergy System reserves the right to change and adapt the Membership Agreement for different countries and thus update all previously signed contracts.

The platform of the portal ECOSS - EcoSynergy System includes members of companies, service activities in any country in the world and does not accept complaints among the members who use the portal for their business activities.
