"Equipment sharing" includes all technical equipment (IT equipment, multimedia equipment, white goods, transportation equipment, hardware,... etc.).

For members of the EcoSynergy System who enter into equipment rental/sharing:

• When renting/sharing equipment, members can pay monthly installments in their country's national currency or submit raw materials, materials, packaging,... etc., which are monetized in the ECOSS algorithm.
  
  
• Renting/sharing in the EcoSynergy System is cheaper than buying a product in installments in the national currency or leasing a product.
  
  
• The warranty period for the product, installment insurance, service control of the use of the product in case of rental/sharing or complaints are included in the rental/sharing service of the member manufacturer of EcoSynergy System.
  
  
• At the end of the rental/sharing period, the user returns the device to EcoSynergy System, fulfilling the rental/sharing obligations, receives bonuses for the correct and responsible handling and use of the product, and can enter into a new rental/sharing relationship for the product.
  
  
• Members may exchange products for new or improved models within the period they rent/share the product,, to the extent that they have used and handled the product correctly and responsibly until now under the title of the "EcoSynergy System Equipment Rental/Sharing Rules".

For companies entering into equipment rental/sharing:

• Companies entering the rental/sharing of hardware, production lines, production equipment, circular economy equipment, transport and purpose-built vehicles, IT and multimedia equipment, office equipment, etc., can use their mass flows of raw materials, materials, packaging,... etc., which the company selects and cleans in an organized manner, monetizes them according to the type of material in the ECOSS algorithm and uses them to pay the monthly installments of renting/equipment sharing.

For companies that rent/share products:

Production and distribution companies:

• All technical products that are purpose-built and widely used enter the rental/sharing system of the new circular economy framework, so that the company/manufacturer remains the owner of the product for the duration of the rental/sharing and is compensated by the EcoSynergy System for all obligations related to the production of the product before the product leaves the manufacturer's plant. At the end of the rental/sharing period, the end user returns the product with the complete transport packaging in full to the manufacturer and it does not represent an ecological/environmental burden in the user's country.
  
  
• The manufacturer can incorporate up to 40% of pure recycled materials with controlled origin in the structure of its products that it rents/shares (EU guidelines of the European Green Deal, Circular European Action Plan (CEAP)), thereby reducing production costs, ecological/environmental taxes, reducing the costs of the Extended Producer Responsibility Certificate (PRO Certificate), Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism - CBAM, reducing the carbon footprint and access to EcoSynergy System emission coupons, and the products acquire the status of a green economy.
  
  
• Producers who include their products in the rental/sharing will have all obligations related to the production of the product paid in full until it is taken over at the producer's yard or by agreement. EcoSynergy System controls with insurance companies and banking partners the use of the product during the rental/sharing period, the payment of monthly installments until the end of the rental or contract term and the return of the product with transport packaging back to the producer.
  
  
• By entering the new economic framework of the EcoSynergy System circular economy of product sharing and retaining ownership of the products throughout the rental period, producers do not violate previously signed financial contracts and obligations arising from the rental of annual production capacities of international financial institutions, distribution and agency contracts and commercial agreements. In the sharing system of the EcoSynergy System, all existing business actors retain their role or position in the market.
  
  
• Manufacturers who bring their products into the rental/sharing system of the new EcoSynergy System circular economy framework will receive lower tariff rates under the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
  
  
• New promotion and marketing channels to promote your products through electronic/digital media, social networks, environmental actions, direct contacts with members and companies cooperating with EcoSynergy System in each country.
  
  
• Green status of the company according to the "Agreement on the systemic restructuring of the company in accordance with the EU Directives 2020-2030"with an included ESG 24/7 application.
